FOX TEAM RIDERS TO DEBUT NEW V3 AT LAS VEGAS SX.
Fox Racing announces the launch of the all new V3 helmet – the most complete approach to safety and performance ever offered by Fox. With proprietary features across the board such as Fluid Inside™, MVRS™, Cage construction and Varizorb EPS; the new V3 raises the level of innovation yet again. The modern styling seamlessly integrates best in class venting and gives the V3 a completely new and aggressive look.
“Since the launch of our first helmet in 1998 we have been driven to push helmet technology to new levels. Rider safety is a priority for us. We have something really special with the new V3. Bringing our new Fluid Inside™ rotational management system to market is exciting.” – Mark Finley, Global Marketing Director
Fluid Inside™ is an all new rotational management system engineered to enhance the helmet’s ability to protect the rider’s brain by mimicking Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) – the body’s natural protection. This proprietary system protects against both High and Low Speed Linear Impacts as well as Rotational Forces using a matrix of Fluid Inside™ pods inside the helmet and oriented around the rider’s head.
Fox team riders Ken Roczen, Chad Reed, Christian Craig, RJ Hampshire, Chase Sexton and Cameron McAdoo will debut the new V3 at the final round of the 2019 Monster Energy Supercross series in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 4th. In addition to the US based riders, Team Honda HRC athletes Tim Gajser, Calvin Vlaanderen and Brian Bogers will debut the helmet the following week in Italy at the MXGP of Lombardia on May 12th.
“I’m so stoked on how the helmet looks, the new features are next level and the combination of
safety and style is perfect!” – Ken Roczen, Team Honda HRC
